Hi Alex;
Interesting, Please keep us informed when you try it with another watch that has been worn.
Some times I have seen this with S.S.cases and bands on lower grade new watches. Like the Swiss ones we used to see for sale in NAWCC ( No need for brand names)The new watches thay sold
still could do this because of some polish still on them. But I have never seen this on a high grade watch when new. or if this is not a reissue Heuer but a NOS 1. Sometime in its life it could of been rubbed with a ruge cloth.
Just ideas if we cant find what it is in the sun lotion.
Very interesting Alex.

Let us know the ingredients in this lotion so we can see if its in any others. My fear is that maybe its a new ingredient that will be in more brands. I have been gooeling about sun lotions and there are some new ones SPF that last longer. I wounder????
And we sure want to know what eats S.S. fast.
You may be on to something new...
thanks
Peter
