Yup, I have a black dial 45 Dato, and it's tedious to set the date. Fortunately, me, like pretty much everyone else here, loves to fiddle with their watches, so setting the date for the three times a month that I wear it is a chore that I look forward to. I also agree, that it is one of the prettier Heuers, and I tend to wear it when I'm wearing a suit, or the like. It is much more elegant than my other Heuers. And, as I've learned after I purchased it, one of the more valuable ones, too.
