That didn't take long- a gold Montreal it is...although I prefer to think of it as "Champagne" in colour.

I have to say that it's not something that I'll wear everyday, but think I can get away with it on weekends here in Hong Kong- the locals love their gold. I love the colour of the dial and think that the whole package would be much more appealing with the Champagne dial in a normal brushed steel case

Thanks to Abel for his counsel on investing in the world of plated rather than real gold- while I'm very happy with the Montreal, I wouldn't want to put it next to the fantastic rose gold colour of his Grand Carrera.
