Hi Lago, and welcome to the forum.

Yes, that's an 1153S ('S' for the silver dial) and looks to be in very nice condition.

And Calibre 12 is correct - the automatic Carrera was introduced with the Calibre 11 (and Chronomatic on the dial) in 1969. A deal was struck with Breitling (also using the same movement) over use of the Chronomatic name so that disappeared from the Heuer dials later that year. A number of improvements were made to the Calibre 11 over the next year and it became the Cal 12.

So 1969 is out, '70 is possible and '71 is entirely likely.

Nice watch, especially on the GF bracelet.
