Re: What is the correct way to set the date on a Caliber 11?

Hi Ray , i'm glad the Forum advice i wrote last year has been dug out again to help someone else.
I must say i quite like your Hamilton . Do you know if it's fully original?
It seems odd to me that it has a MH (Minute/Hour) outer rotating bezel and then a tachy ring inside touching the dial.
I am not familiar with Hamilton watches so this could well be the 'norm'.
Enjoy the watch - Darren

: Thanks for finding this for me. I searched, but didn't find it.
: Based on the problems the 11 movement had associated with date
: change, I wanted to make sure I set it correctly.

: The Hamilton versions of these watches used both the 11 and 11 i
: versions of the caliber and were purportedly made by Heuer for
: Hamilton. The case and bezel design are very similar to the
: Autavia.
