Well first of all, congratulations! I would not say your collection is modest at all, but understated and with lots of self-confidence, like the Carreras: they do not need big cases or flashy colours to show off their beauty.

Having said that, I agree with Mark and Jasper: I think you need some contrasting dials now: a Dato 45 would be my first choice, or a 1153s as you mentioned (looks great with black strap), to try something a bit different.
