yes the lack of engravings between the lugs is a big concern for me....
me must think that the watch is ( ay least ) an unissued one...
btw the Wempe service does not really worth.. unless it's written on it that is a military watch ( but I would have many doubts about this statement as we have no "proof" on the watch of a military "status" ).
in any case even if unissued I would pass on it.....
