Yes, these just epitomise the 70s, especially with the fumé dial - it's hard to imagine how they could be any more 70s.

I've seen the bracelets for sale a few times, but it might be worth putting up a WTB post on ChronoTrader too. Quite often the sellers don't realise that the bracelet also fits the barrel Carrera, it can be the forgotten child of the Carrera range. As a case in point, here's the rolled link bracelet for sale, with no mention of the Carrera:

I bought the CHN from Nic Green, aka Heuer Boy; the appeal was it being on the original bracelet, which you see pretty rarely for this gold-plated version. It's a very distinctive watch and one that you really need to be in the mood to wear; it has none of the subtlety of an 1158 but comes in fine for those moments when only bling will do :)
