Unusual Heuer Red Box - Transitional maybe? *PIC*

I came across this box via a German dealer this week, attracted to it due to its nos condition, but also that i have only seen one other before (in the hands of Paul Gavin).

Inside it is identical to the later ones, with the Heuer badge on the silk...

Paul reckons its a late 60s transitional box from the long cigar shaped boxes before the racing flag boxes, circa late 60s (68-69?)

Any thoughts guys?

Cheers

Rich
