Interesting topic . . . hard to believe that this is a new topic for us, after all these years, but I can't recall any previous discussions.

I will inquire of our top expert here in the U.S., who serviced these chronographs "back in the day", to see what they were able to achieve, in terms of being waterproof. I am confident that they were able to achieve the waterproofing, back in the day; I'm not sure what they can achieve now, even with the best parts and service work.
