Still amazing to look at these photos and know no-one was killed or even seriously injured in that accident. In fact, if you look at the Beifahrerseite, the car looks untouched - I always take some comfort from being surrounded by German engineering too when I see pics like this. Proper Bavarian German engineering, mind, none of that Swabian stuff ;)
