It is a lovely piece, David. Congrats....Now, since you are the Monaco guru of the East Coast, let me know how that Carrera feels on your wrist.
I have exactly the same one and love the stunning metallic finish of the dial, which it resembles the Tranny. However, I gets very little wrist time, since I prefer to feel the weight of Monacos and Autavias. I love my Carreras, but they are not getting a lot of fresh air lately and that's a shame, because I really think carreras incorporate the balance, the proportions and the style that a classy watch should carry, in my opinion.
