That's a great shot David - it shows that the radial brushing continues through the Carrera "insert", completely different to the horizontal brushing on the other dial, which is emphasised by the metallic-looking "insert".
Colour and finish wise, I think it's closest to the examples I call "yachting" Carreras because of the 5 minute highlights on the register, that have the same markers:
Though, and it's hard to tell because of the variability in different light sources, your dial may be a little lighter in tone overall.
Somewhere I have pictures of a silver example with these markers too, though at the moment I can only find ones of the equivalent to the yachting Cal 12 watch. That means a trawl through lots of redundant HDDs to try and find it, really must get around to mounting all those up...
