Difficult to date this one with precision; yes, first and only appearance is in the 1970 catalog, but this one is based on the 7753 movement, right? This movement had limited run, I believe -- in the Belgian Congo Carreras (issued in 1970); in the standard Carrera 30s (also around 1970, I believe).
I wonder what the production run of this version of the Skipper might have been. My SN is 134 165 . . . is your SN close to this or far away?
My bezel has lost most of its black color, but the shiny silver creates a very special look; you see that the patina is beautiful / very warm, and vivid colors on the minute counter remain vivid / strong.
