Interesting thing about these hands is that they look like a transition from Chronomatic/Trans (early) hands to standard Monaco hands (later). The lower section closer to the centre are flat, plain steel and with the proportion of the lume they are reminiscent of the early hands. The pointed tips are as per the later hands. The confusing bit is the addition of the red detail with no relevance to either. Just my first impression.
