Hi - In my opinion and from the limited detail in the pictures the watch is original however the second hand looks like a replacement and the crown guard has been modified probably to accomodate that non original replacement crown. We see a number of these watches with replacement crowns but I have never seen that sort of modification to the crown guard. Rather extreme I would say.
