In Response To: Re: Philippe is a Good Seller ()

I have bought two watches from Philippe.
One went very well, the other, we agreed to disagree.

He sold a 2447NS in less than a week at a nice healthy price, close to $6,000 about a month ago.
I tried to get it for less, but he felt his price was fair and market value.
He got his price, so I would have to say he was right.

Cannot say on the Siffert, but our friend in Belgium sold one on eBay close to half of Philippe's
price. I think he was disappointed in the "auction" final price.
That is alway's the risk in selling on eBay with a true auction or using Buy it Now.
