Tachy scales are unit agnostic

So the 200 to 50 and 500 to 60 scales show the same readings, only with different emphasis. There could be something in that though, and it goes some way to explaining why they continue to offer both bezels on later 2nd gen Carreras, one for the markets with a longer distance unit and thus 'slower' speeds in unit terms, the other for the shorter measurement and thus higher Tachy readings. I'll take a look at watches with known provenance and the region-specific brochures.

I agree it's not expensive; personally I thought it was on the cheap side. We know from WTB posts on several Heuer forums that the demand is there, whether they were aware of a specific watch in a general sale could be another matter entirely.
