Jeff, are you sure that the hand is indicating the running seconds?
If so the movement should not be the usual 721 but another variation on the 72 we have never seen.
The 721 differs from 72 because it has the running second wheel replaced by a calendar wheel that turns in 24 hours,
in this case it should have both wheel in the same axis...
My opinion is that the watchmaker didn't know the watch and replaced the rivet with a hand fixed on the solunar disc.
