Great catch Jeff, very nice version. I agree with your taste for these A&F specials.

As for the permanent second hand, I would imagine it was produced by Heuer as it would be bizarre to undertake a complicated modification for something which adds very little to the functionality of the watch. In any case, it is a cool watch.
