Ok, i have some more info to add, which i have just received. According to the seller, the watch was actually polished professionally by the original owner to get rid of the bundeswehr markings. According to him, many pilots did this after their tour of duty because in principle they weren't authorised to keep the watch, as it belonged to the bundeswehr. Many people didn't bother, of course, but he claims that the original owner told him that he personally had it removed, and also had it serviced five years ago by Sinn. I guess it's believable. What do you guys think?
