Yes, it is a Bezelmeter Ref. No. 960
As far as I know they were only sold to pilots.
Some Jardurs came with a Valjoux 71, but the best ones are powered by a Valjoux 72, like mine.
According to this Jardur brochure from 1941, the Bezelmeter Ref. No. 960 was $150.00 in 1941.


$150.00 must have been quite a bit of money back in 1941... don't you think?
