Please tell me about my 2446

A few years ago, when I really didn't know anything about watches, I bought this Heuer from Argentina through eBay. Fortunately it didn't cost much! It's been serviced by Jasper and runs beautifully, and now wears one of Abel's repro Corfam straps.

The case has been over polished, it's lost a lot of definition on the lugs. The sub dial hands are all different. Can you tell me if the main chrono hand should be red and is the bezel insert correct? I've looked on the reference page and the red hand looks like it came from a later Autavia and the insert triangle doesn't look flat enough. If it's not correct do you have any idea where it might have come from?

All help gratefully received. I really like the watch all the same, it has some serious signs of age and patina:
