Help / advice

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me a bit of advice regarding a new strap I've just bought. It's a Hirsh perforated tan leather and i think will look very nice on my Heuer Champion Chrono, however, what I didn't realise it's an open ended strap, can anyone tell me how to secure the ends? They're obviously designed to fold over but do I need to glue them, or get them stitched? I'm a bit worried about it coming apart and losing my watch.

thanks in advance,

Al.
