About the glowing, i'm not sure that the original lume has to be not reactive after 40 years.
Yes, it doesn't glow by night, but it's still reactive to the UV leds that many loupes are equipped with.
The same trick we use for discovering the fake banknotes.
Here is one of my watches, the lume is all original on hands and dial, it doesn't glow at all by night,
but is very reactive to the UV light!
