If you have a watch, with the plan of trading/selling it=> don´t polishing! If you have a watch, with the plan to keep it, than do what you want, but for trading/selling a watch, polishing is not good! It reduce the value and when everybody, who owns the watch before, polishing a round, there is no watch left!
So, no education for polishing from mine;)
