Re: Phillips is Showing Prototype of Jack Heuer LE Autavia

Great to see the revival of the Heuer's that I purchased in the 1960's. They served me very well and I am sure the New Version will do the same. However I have to agree with several members of the Forum group, the MINUTE totalizer should be just that. Counting MINUTES , NOT 2 1/2 graduations. This goes against the chrono concept and does not provide error free reading of elapsed time which was always important to me since I used these time pieces as a toll (flying Aircrafts, timing events in the cockpit).

So I would have to think twice if I would want to invest in a imperfect timing devise. Suggest Heuer revises the minute counter scale to make this a useful tool. Hope they do.
So for now I have to say NO to this Watch and I stick with the 1163 GMT . Heinz Rengel.
