Re: Question about Tag/Heuer 980.066L Crown

: Never say never when it comes to transitional Heuers but there
: isn't a chance in my mind that they put a push-in crown on a
: 200m rated watch. It seems as though they tried to use a
: different style locking crown that was of an inferior design to
: the standard screw down crown.

: I'll check through my manual and booklets for signs of anything
: other than a locking crown. If I find anything to the contrary
: of the above statement I'll post back here.

: Thanks,

Thank you Justin. I'm hoping this thread and your thoughts on this can help others in the future with these watches.

I've had a lot of Tag Heuer watches over the years but this is the first 980.006L I've handled. Your insight into this has been very helpful.
