Re: Motorcycle Vibrations...OK?
In Response To: Motorcycle Vibrations...OK? ()

I never had any watch-trouble riding a bike on the road over a period of about 35 years; for the last ten years I rode 60 miles every day to work and back, in sun, rain and even snow. For the first twenty years I had the same 1953 Seamaster and it's still going strong.

As to Dan's comment about gloves, I agree they would help protect a watch, but I would never ride a bike without gloves anyway, in view of the damage you can do to your hands while scraping them at speed down the surface of the road, with the bike following and ready to give you a nasty bump when you come to a halt!

But riding a bike that vibrates badly or riding on rough terrain is something I don't know about.
