Philip,
There were/are different dial layouts. I have a few Carreras that do not have the applied raised markers at 3,6,9. The luminous dots at 3 and 9 appear to have bled a little , making them look larger. As to the case detail, I am not quite sure what you are referring to. It looks good to me, but that is but one man's opinion...
