Heuer Carrera

Hi,

I came across a new carrera 'NOT' TAG Heuer but Heuer.
Black dial with white subdials.
Apparently it was shortly in production i think after 2000.
It comes from an official Tag Heuer jeweller.
My question is, what is it worth (completely new not sold yet) and what are the specifications?
