My Question: What if Refinished ? ? ?

so my question is: what might happen if you gave one of these to a skilled dial refinisher? we know that the Monacos had some problems with the dials (oozing black seal, not the most waterproof of watches, etc.) . . . so if you paid a professional to refinish one of these, how might it look after refinishing?

could this explain some of what we are seeing?
