Autavia GMT Service?

I recently rediscovered my 1977? Heuer Autavia GMT Automatic (11630). It works fine; has some scratches; and a cloudy crystal.

I want to get the cyrstal replaced; and the watch serviced; but don't know who or where to send it.

Any advice is appreciated.
