having TAG Heuer in USA refurb

refurbish a watch or give it the "spa" treatment

do they offer that svc, has anyone sent one into them and what kind of experience was it - timely service, reasonable costs, etc

i had an outrageously good experience with Omega which has made me an Omega fan for a long time to come, so wondering if Heuer is as smart, long term business wise

I did call into to their svc department and svc rep sure sounded gruff - didn't exactly warm the cockells of my heart

maybe Tag Heuer switzerland??
