Heuer Valjoux cal. 77

Hi. I have got hold af a Heuer Chronograph with a Valjoux cal. 77. It have is't sub dial's above each other, not besides each other like all other Heuer.
I cant find any watch like that one, so does anyone here know anything about the watch, maby what i is worth, or maby want to buy it.
