I have had good luck w/Squinky (Bill Mahoney) he is on ebay or try his website below.
You can also search on the ChronoTrader forum for Squinky and some other guy who has 22/18 Heuer Band w/out holes but w/a Heuer buckle. I believe it is from a re-edition Monaco for TagHeuer.
