Replacement Bezel for a Heuer Autavia Chronograph?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me where I might find a replacement bezel for my 1970 manual Heuer Autavia Chronograph? Mine is worn down to nothing and I'd like to replace. I would consider replacing with a different model's bezel (although would sincerely prefer not to).

Anyone have any leads on where I might find something like this? Thanks,
