It should unscrew via counter-clockwise rotation of the crown while looking at it edge on with the dial up. Or rotating the crown towards you as you turn the crown from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock. If it doesn't try taking it to a jewelry store. Perhaps someone there will be able to help you.
