Gentlepersons,
Yes, I realize that good and cheap is probably an oxymoron.
However, here's my dilemma. I just bought a cool old two reg Swiss made chrono, probably with a Valjoux movement (Could be poor man's Heuer, maybe a Wakmann, if you'd care to guess, there's a link below.)
In short, I want to get it running (or determine if it's hopeless) without spending a fortune.
Any suggestions? I'm in New Jersey near NYC, but I'd be willing to ship it, of course.
