Questions for experts: is this genuine Heuer? *PIC*

Hi guys,

just spotted this one, and I must say, I like it a lot. However, can we definetely say this is a genuine Heuer? It is presented as a 40's chrono but I can not find it in one of the old catalogues.
Your input is much appreciated.
