Interesting to compare the watches with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway logo -- our beloved Carrera (from the late 1960s) and the AP Royal Oak (from 2000). Indeed, the chronographs grew somewhat larger, over the intervening three decades. [Interestingly, Schumacher won the US Grand Prix in 2000, but he was unable to accept this AP, as he was then under contract as an ambassador to another watch company.]
The AP is being auctioned by Antiquorum, at its September 15th auction in New York City --

I'm not sure whether this is the watch that Schumacher would have received, or one of the other two made for the occasion.
