What a great way to mark the 40k post. I have been away and missed all the action and boy, was there some action over the past week. Perfect timing to finally reveal your 2446 SN. I must say that with all the activity that I had to catch up on, seeing this piece was the highlight. It looks simply stunning and I think the simple hour bezel compliments the piece.

I recently received a Carrera 2447 SN with a similar dial – metallic silver burst with black registers. I have in my collection many dial variations but I must say that this particular one is in my opinion, the finest of them all. I look forward to seeing yours in London and I hope you have found that lockable watch strap which will be the final and essential piece necessary to complete the project.
