Jeff and Chuck: the logo "mistral" in the dial is the same of a company that manufactured windsurf's boards in the 80's, 90's. I think the company was french or swiss. Probably this watch was a promotional item.
Also I know perfectly the mistral (NW wind), I live in the north of Spain, in Barcelona, and in our zone the mistral is very usual and very strong to sailing.
