I bought my red Silverstone on eBay last April for $3,000. It came with its original red leather strap and in an original Heuer racing helmet box. Just come back from the factory after a full service and now looks superb.
Of all the watches I own it attracts the most attention and generates the most questions. Go for the red one, you will not regret it and you will soon forget the price!
