Heuer carrera dial

I was a Heuer fan and recently bought a Heuer Carrera model 2447(calibre Val 72) in a flea market.

I noticed the dial was refinished, the pushers were slightly dented and the crown was not original.

Is anyone out there where to buy this NOS accessories.
