I asked the same question of the guys at IWW and they said they were not accepting new work on pvd until Sept; but you can try and see if you get a different answer.

I have watches that need black pvd and also olive green (but I heard that is "powder coated" not pvd?) ... if anyone finds a guy who can redo pvd but wants bulk work I'm ready to pool watches and costs.

Maybe we need to look outside the watch world...?
