Re:Valjoux 7740
In Response To: i was thinking a 7740 was..... ()

The Valjoux 7740 Movment is very rare and wose built only from 1974 antill 1978 in small pieces!. the baseplatine is from Valjoux and not the same like Caliber 7750 or 7736( not one Part will fit!!) The 7740 is a manuell winding movment with the Chrono upper platine from Dubois-Dépraz .( the same as on/in Caliber 12 Chronmatic used( Buren1282 /Heuer/Breitling ). the Movment wose only used in one Monaco/Autavia and some other Watches( mostly Breitling).Speciellity is the long play winding system, it runs up to 40 hours. So thise movment is no a Chronomatic !! greetings Jasper
