restoring Autavia - again

I didn't get any responses on my question. It could be that this is an old and tired question and me placing it here demonstrates my lack of savy and experience with vintage watches. Nonetheless, I am still asking for help!

I recently acquired an older Autavia (ref 11630). The crystal (mineral I think) and hands could use replacement.

Can anyone recommend the best way to go about this? When I'm done, I'd like to see this watch looking in almost new condition. The bezel is nearly acceptable.

thanks
