I think it reads Ed Heuer & Co. At least it looks like a genuine Valjoux 72 movement which is probably worth many times the remaining of the parts in the bag.

There may be someone who needs a V-72 movement for restoring a good heuer who would want to part out the bezel. Or possibly the reverse.
