MUST be call 14 and not 11. However: the bottom plate should be steel and not gold coloured in case of a call 11: all parts should be steel coloured in call 11.

Sometimes the second number of the 14 is written very small and hard to decide if it is a 1 or a 4 if you dont check accurate. from his pictures it looks like 11.
